Integrate Kellokortti into your own systems

Kellokortti is flexible to integrate with the systems your company already uses. Centralised data entry in one place saves time and reduces errors. Most commonly, the integration is done in a payroll, HR, project or production management system. For example, integration can be used to automatically transfer personal data from another system to the Kellokortti service. This way, the data is immediately available and there are no typing errors when entering data.

Integration of tracked items

Tracked items are an example of data that can be imported from external systems. Over the years, we have built customer-specific integrations into various production/ERP systems and project management applications.

Payroll integration

Different integration methods can be used in the Kellokortti service. Most commonly, data is transferred on an HTTP basis in either XML, CSV or JSON format. Payroll transactions can be exported as clocking entries, in which case payroll will handle the interpretation, or as payroll transactions with Palkkarobotti.

Integration already exists for the following programs: Lemonsoft, Mepco, Netvisor, EmCe Palkanlaskenta and Työajanhallinta, Procountor, Tikon, Personec W, Xpaja, Visma Nova, Fivaldi, Scala, DL Prime, Heeros, Maestro, Tietosuunta, eFina, Fennoa and Hogia.

Utilisation of standard interfaces

In addition to customised interfaces, standard interfaces can be used in Kellokortti. They are easy and affordable to deploy. Through the standard interface, you can import and edit employees’ basic data and tracked items. You can also collect clocking entries and Palkkarobotti events. Some connections are HTTP POST/GET and CSV based, some use Web Services interfaces.
